Our Firm

One estate plan does not fit all.

Self-service legal websites can’t listen to you, answer questions, or be there for you and your family in the future. Proper estate planning takes more than just a will or a formulaic trust – just as every family is different, so are there an infinite variety of tools, plans, and options to fit those families.

The counsel of an estate planning attorney with experience and understanding of trusts, probate administration, long term care planning, and estate taxes can ensure that your lifetime goals are met, and that your loved ones are taken care of according to your wishes.

Estate Planning doesn’t have to be complicated.

Estate planning is essential regardless of wealth, age, health, or family situation – no case or need is too small to take advantage of sound planning! Our goal is to will take the time to make sure you understand the plan we create for you.

Large law firms are expensive and impersonal, and are often too busy to tailor plans to individual clients. With Sorgi Law Group, one of the Sorgis will always be available to you, and we won’t up-sell you with services you don’t need. If a basic will and trust is all you need, that’s all we’ll do.
